Dusting off your Sandals to Celebrate the Sacrament of Failure

This sermon will speak about the preparation of Jesus' disciples on their first missionary mission and how He instructed them to wipe the dust from their sandals if they encounter negative people. I suggest this is a sacrament of failure that helps us understand that some things and people just don't work out. However even in failure we can learn and rather than making lemons into lemonade this sermon will look at what happens when grapes become raisins.
